Yes. The Discovery plan is free forever: 2 invoices per month, 5 Alfred messages, and 5 clients, no credit card required. You only upgrade to a paid plan if you need more.
How does voice invoicing work?
You record a voice message just like on WhatsApp. Alfred transcribes it, understands the client, line items, and amounts, calculates the VAT, and generates the invoice in seconds. Text mode is also available.
Can I manage VAT for multiple countries?
Yes. Facturia automatically applies the rates and legal requirements of over 20 countries (VAT, ICE, SIREN, VAT registration number, EIN...) based on your company's and your client's country.
Which currencies are supported?
Six currencies: Euro (EUR), Dollar (USD), Dirham (MAD), Pound (GBP), Canadian Dollar (CAD), and Swiss Franc (CHF). Each company invoices in its own currency.
Can I customize my invoices?
Yes. You can choose from 4 templates, 7 accent colors, and add your logo to create invoices and estimates that match your brand, exported as PDFs.
What is the Facturia handle network?

Is my data secure?
Your data is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure and encrypted in transit. Each account is isolated, and you remain the owner of your data, which can be exported at any time.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are commitment-free and can be canceled in one click from your dashboard. You retain access until the end of the billing period.
Is there a mobile app?
The Facturia mobile app is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. In the meantime, the website works perfectly on mobile. Leave your email to be notified of the launch.
Can I create estimates too?
Yes. Alfred creates estimates just like invoices, which you can convert and send via email or public link.
